- One Parent(either Father or Mother or a Relative(Guardian) with covid 19 negative test result certificate may only be allowed to accompany a Cadet/ Sub Junior Age Group participant. It means only one companion i.e. either Father or Mother or Relative of the participant, only will be permitted to enter the venue whenever there is an event for the Ward. As soon as the event is over the parent & the ward shall go out of the venue. Please note as per Covid19 protocol, we can have a limited number of persons inside the venue at a time. Hence all are requested to cooperate. The name of Father, Mother & Relative (Guardian) should be entered in the Online Entry Form of the District Championship, while making the online Entry of the participant. This does not mean that all three companions will be permitted to enter the venue at the same time. Only one companion will be permitted to accompany the skater in to the venue. The participant has to show the IDCard issued by TDRSA & Race Number/Chest Number to enter the venue and only one companion of the ward(Cadet/Sub Junior participant) will be permitted to enter the venue. The Companion has to show his/her Voter I.D/Aadhar/Driving Licence/Passport and identify himself/ herself and covid 19 negative test result certificate to enter the venue along with the ward. The schedule will be arranged in a manner, where the skater will have an event in the FN or AN only. I extreme cases the skater may have an event in the FN & AN.
- Every team may nominate one Manager, one Lady Manger( if there are Girl participants), one Coach and a participant as Captain of the team. The Captain of the team will be given permission to enter the competition venue, for giving Technical Assistance to all team members of the Club/Open Entry Team. All the above persons must possess certificate showing covid 19 negative result.
- Skater/s must carry Sanitizer.
- Skater & companion shall compulsory wear mask regularly/always.
- Skaters & companions shall maintain physical distance at the rink, practice social distancing of 6 feet whenever possible.
- Skaters to carry their personal water bottles
- Skaters are requested to reach the sports arena at their allotted time only
- After the event skater/companion should quickly exit the Sports Arena. Not allowed to socialize at the venue
- Ensure less body contact with railings & maintain personal Hygiene
- Wash with soap and water frequently for at least 20 seconds or, when hand washing is not available, use hand sanitizer.
- Parent/Companion/Team Official accompanying the skater/team should monitor the health of their Children/Adult participants and not send them to participate in an event, if they exhibit any symptom of COVID-19.
- Skaters shall not share towels or other equipment’s with others.
- Technical Officials, Team Officials, Skaters, Volunteers, Partents/Companions should continue social distancing during the team check in process for competitions.
- Skaters/Officials should maintain distance if possible during warm ups & should only have close contact during actual competition.
- Skaters should be allowed to wear face coverings in competition should they choose to do so as long as they don’t compromise their safety.
- Parents/Companions/Team Officials have to wear face coverings(Mask), whenever they are inside/outside the venue.
- Skaters equipment should be kept in a bag. If the Mask is removed prior to an event, then the mask should be kept in the bag only.
- Strict no contact rule should be observed for team game, such as pre-game coaches’ handshakes, umpire-coach-player introductions, and post-game handshakes between members of opposing teams.Instead, officials, players & coaches should use verbal greetings,without handshakes.
- Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed by skaters, team officials, Parents/companions. This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth & nose, while coughing/ sneezing with a tissue/ handkerchief/ flexed elbow & disposing off used tissues properly.
- Participants/officials/Parents/Guardians must dispose of used face covers, masks; used towels in separate covered bins placed in common areas. (xxi).Spitting shall be strictly prohibited in field of play, warm up area, assembly area, during travel & in residential area.
